Professional Standards and Commercial Agreements
1. Agreement of Services
By commissioning services from Metaphrase Ltd, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Professional Standards
All services are delivered by qualified professionals. While we ensure high accuracy, liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. We may require advance payment for new clients or large projects.
4. Cancellation
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged in full. Work completed before cancellation remains payable.
5. Confidentiality
All client data is handled confidentially in accordance with UK data protection laws.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
